If a delivery is not collected, it will be returned to us automatically. In the event of an automatic return, the customer is refunded for the entire order amount, including any shipping costs. There is a fee of 200 kr / 20 EUR / 20 USD for the return shipping and other costs in connection with an automatic return. This fee is deducted from the amount refunded.
